Arma 3 Exile Changes 03.06.2025

- fixed issue with Full TI helmets and NVG

- added new Multi Layer TI NVG

- adjusted colour of eams stuff (VR, Duck)

- fixed issue with White Thermal Mora (was still green)

- removed "bubbles" around players and AI

- added a new special thingy for Maletzki (don't ask!)

-enhanced loot spawn and cleanup scripts a bit more (loot should spawn faster now)
