    * Theta Keyvault:
    - is only one time available on the map (can't respawn)
    - has doubled the output of Sigma
    - is even more randomised as other Keyvaults
    - has a (technical) probability of 15% to drop a Rubber Duck Vehicle (Low Class)
    - has a chance to drop a nuke of up to 100%

    ** Side Mission System:
    - base cooldown is now 45 min again
    - cooldown can be reduced by 15 min via Respect Trader
    - another 15 min can be reduced by just finding side missions (opening the located side mission will give 5 skill points, max skill level is 10)
    - another 5 min can be reduced by using Rubber Duck backpacks or vehicles
