- added admin Rubber Duck to Daily Rewards

- slightly increased output of mission crates
- moved Keycards, Police Safe Keys and Construction Supply Cards for Daily Reward into generic category
- reduced price of "Vehicle Repair Kit"
- changed behaviour of "Repair Vehicle" function -> Duct Tape only repairs up to 50% health, while Vehicle Repair Kit does 80%; Vehicle Repair Kit will also now getting removed out of inventory when getting used
- function "Repair Vehicle" also refuels the vehicle if the fuel status is below 10%
- slightly reduced time to repair vehicles

- added Vehicle Repair Kit to "Repair Supplies" airdrop
- replaced Herbicide Tank with Medicine Cabinet to treat animals with antibiotics

- fixed issue where Sink is not recognized as water source for animals
