FAQ

In general, you can refund 3 vehicles. The cooldown per vehicle is 24 hours. This means that if you have already refunded 3 vehicles, you must wait until the first vehicle has completed its cooldown.

There is an increased limit for refunding vehicles for streamers and donators. These are:

- Streamer/VIP I: 6 vehicles
- VIP II: 12 vehicles
- VIP III: unlimited

Only vehicles that are labelled "Game Error/Bug" can be refunded. For all other vehicles, the general handling via ticket applies.

If your daily limit has already been used up, you can open a ticket. Please note that we may request video evidence and may refuse to refund a vehicle without it.
