Just a general information about changelogs. From now on, I will post no changelog anymore for small changes and fixes. They will be all combined into Mod Pack Update changelogs (mostly Thursday to Friday night), or when a major system was changed or released.

- added F-4EJ Phantom II model for territory display
- increased maximum speed of Concorde
- enhanced check for I-TGT/ECM JAMMER on all dynamic loadout vehicles (shouldn't show up anymore when no targeting pod, laser designator or jammer is present)
