- added some many new flags (mostly vanilla Arma 3), but also two user flags (please open a ticket to let them set by admin)

- vehicle wrecks will now show up again so you can salvage them

- AI vehicles now have a 50% chance that they explode when killing the AI inside
- set the start timer of a static mission after restart between 5 and 10 minutes
- reworked the first bunch of missions: Bauhaus Truck, Armed Bandits, Bambis Playing on Slide, Beer and Guns
- reworked the following missions into statics: Contaminated Cargo, The Mighty Backpack, The Military Crate
