Arma 3 Exile Minimal Changes 16.12.2020

- added new Radioactive Island static mission to Altis

- did some changes regarding to XM8

- you now spawn with a random christmas hat after death

- prepared Advent Calendar in XM8 (yep, a little bit late - but you get your some nice stuff until 31st Dec ;))

- removed Heli Crashes and put loot into Gear Crates

- fixed some bugs in DMS missions

- fixed spawning Ammo Crate and Mute Chat in XM8
