The following changes for the next restart were done:
- oh no! the snow melted on Chernarus and Panthera 
- adjusted random AI helicopters (too much Taru, wow!)
- added some beasty helicopters/planes to Panthera all servers (because there is no driving AI, reactivated them with some blacklisted spawns) (removed Xi'an, added 3x Tu-95)
- slightly reduced the amount of helicopters on Panthera (21 > 16) (new: 6)
- minor changes on pointer attachments and Navigation tools (trader)
- added missing NVG to Bambi clothes
- removed Exile Hueys from traders and missions (rotors don't move, looks ugly)
- changes DMS mission color back to white
- added items from mod 3CB BAF Vehicles
