- Arma 3 servers should now update theirselves automatically when they start up

- added some leftover items from RHS and 3CB mods to traders

- added new Arma 3 1.98 items to traders

- added two new boats to the trader

- fixed spawn of wrong crafting shovel

- updated Loot Table to latest revision

- added missing Wastedump Traders to Virolahti

- changed Trader Virtual Garage NPC to another one

- added Xi'an to CDAH > VTOL

- added Shipwrecks back to Virolahti

- added new Arma 3 M2 HMG to DMS missions

- removed GAZ and Refuel Trucks from DMS static mission rewards

- added MarXet Trader to Virolahti International Airport

- both new boats can now carry crates
