Building on the server

Hi all, im new to the server but im not new to Exile or Arma. I am enjoying the server so far. Its taking me a little while to find my feet after playing and admining on mostly one server for the past 6 years. Can someone help me please, i noticed you're running a different industrial loot mod i havent seen before. I was looking for an axe to start chopping wood to make a base but after searching industrial sheds and areas for some time i found no axe nor did the hardware trader have them for sale (not that i noticed at least), where can i find an axe please or are they even used on the server with your unique industrial loot/crafting table? I asked twice in game and got no answer so thought i would ask here.
