- fixed reload of T-140 Experimental tanks
- added new Experimental: AWCX - it got some fancy cannons aka KPWT (Vaco is crazy, I know...) + it also god a Fast Reload feature
- added additional Hangar to Chernarus and Napf for USAF Service Menu
- Hangars in player bases can now be used as USAF Service Menu (you have to relog after first placement)
