I thought I missed my base payment, but this is not the case.
My territory protection due date is on the 15th, as seen on the screenshot below, but my base is already gone.
Could I please get an explanation? Is there a possibility of restoring it?
The base was deleted while our monthly inactivity checks.
In your history we saw, that you mostly logged in to renew the base and then you logged out. As it is stated in our rules, we are deleting bases without further warning. There is just not enough space on the map to keep "ghost" bases.
A store is not possible anymore as it's only possible 48 hours after deleting it.
We are treading every base the same way. Also on Altis we are removing bases regularly, even more often in relation to Chernarus. I'm sorry for your situation, but we can't do anything anymore in this case except refunding vehicles. But the base is gone.
