Arma 3 Exile Minimal Changes 13.05.2024

- removed duplicated vehicles from Vehicle Crafting list

- reduced radius of Vehicle Service to 25m (more than enough!)

- added "Retrieve Item Storage" function for Chernarus users (attention: a crate with everything in it will spawn!)

- fixed issue with plants not correctly adding to database (you have to place them new with 4pm CEST restart)

- reduced loot spawn radius to 75m to minimize server input

- reduced time for robbing ATM from 60s to 25s
