- added back Sector B as radioactive zone

- moved Black Market to Sector B

- added bridge to connect Altis "mainland" with Radioactive Island (north of Altis)

- Chernarus: reduced no building zone around Tisy about 500m

- Chernarus: added radioactive zone to Kamensk Mililitary

- Chernarus: added a couple of more buildings to Bashnya Military

- increased the output of ATM Robbery

- removed AI from ATM

- Virtual Garage Traders now sell Code Locks, Toolkits and Flip Tools

- removed Wages notification when in Trader/Territory/Dead
